About Kristen Nicholls

I'm a watercolor artist and mother of two young girls who found my creative spark after having my first daughter in 2021. What began with a simple watercolor kit and a lifelong love for DIY projects quickly transformed into a thriving business, fueled by countless YouTube tutorials and lots of trial and error. 

Most of my art is inspired by golf—a cherished family hobby—and translates into hand-painted prints for nurseries and children's spaces, as well as charming paper goods like milestone cards and personalized stationery.

Customer service is a top priority for me, and communicating with my customers and fulfilling their needs brings me immense joy. In fact, many of my designs have come from specific client requests. I feel so much warmth and happiness every time a customer sends me a photo of my art print in their child's nursery or a photo of their baby next to one of my monthly milestone cards.

I create my art during the early mornings, while my daughters nap, and after they’re asleep at night, pouring my heart into every piece. Balancing the demands of being a full-time mother and a small business owner is a daily challenge, but it’s one I embrace with pride and gratitude. I’m deeply thankful that what began as a nighttime hobby has grown into a vibrant business.
